Light PBX is a cloud-based phone system for small businesses, developed and operated by Cellact. You get a Dutch business number, internal extensions and call routing without traditional hardware. The system runs entirely in the cloud and works directly on your existing mobile phone – no PBX equipment, desk phones or technicians needed.
A call menu (IVR) with up to 5 options per number, so every caller reaches the right person or group. 5 ready-made groups such as Support, Sales and Management. Group calling, call transfer, voicemail that captures unanswered calls, and one-click recording from the browser. Direct routing, ring groups and call menus are managed from one dashboard. Which features you get depends on your plan.
There are three plans. Basic: €11 per month (one-time €5 setup fee) with 1 Dutch number, 5 internal extensions and 1200 outgoing voice minutes per month. Plus: €27 per month (one-time €12) with 1 Dutch number, 10 internal extensions, 3500 outgoing minutes and voicemail. Pro: €72 per month (one-time €24) with 3 Dutch numbers, 20 internal extensions, 5500 outgoing minutes, voicemail and call routing (IVR). Group calling and call transfer are included in every plan.
